Our Volunteer Efforts

• Progressive Majority – Communications/Media Trainer for Progressive Candidates: Courtney DeWinter trained more than 60 progressive candidates in Colorado during 2006, in advance of the mid-term elections. Many of the candidates she helped train went on to become elected officials as a result of the 2006 mid-term elections.

• Board of Directors, Colorado NARAL (now NARAL Pro-choice Colorado): Courtney DeWinter served on the board of Colorado NARAL during the height of the Reagan and Bush Sr. years, and provided marketing and communications consulting to this organization for roughly six years. She continues to support NARAL with monetary contributions, and volunteers each year at its annual fund-raiser.
